Faulty s300, CEL 16 (Injector error)

Hey guys!

So couple of weeks ago i installed my s300 in my p30 ecu. Started the car up, runs great on idle but over 3000rpm the car starts leaning out on AFR and dies. So i checked the injectors and installed a new resistor box. Still the same problem... Swaped the ecu into a know good EG with B16A2, same thing there! So i thought it must be my ECU. Ordered a new p28 ecu, installed everything and fired up the car and it still throws me CEL 16... So my s300 must be bad if i'm not wrong? Or has anyone had the same problem?

Has this been tuned properly on the dyno?
