I can't seem to find any definite clarification. I plan on using the analog pigtail, do I just plug it into the S300 board and connect to the A0 wire? Do I need to re-ground one of the two ground wires on the pigtail?
Any help is appreciated

Wire the signal to the input you wish to use. You probably do not need to wire any additional groun d to the AEM other than the standard power and ground.

Those analog inputs are for datalogging only. You cannot run closed loop from them or use any lean protection.

does that mean that its only of use when the s300 is hooked up to a laptop? if so then how do I hook up a AEM 30-4100 to the ECU for real? and should the analog input be removed while driving normally? could it hurt the ECU?

You do not have to disconnect the analog inputs when driving.

Basic details on wiring a wideband can be found at: http://www.hondata.com/techplxwiring.html

Just susbstitute the correct wire colors for the wideband you have.
