Hondata Red Light Help

My Hondata has been working fine since the beginning of the year. I had Eric's Racing Install it. Church Automotive Dyno Tuned car and everything has been perfect. Today i start the car and its running rich as hell, check engine light on, and Ecu showing a solid Red Light. I have tryed to read ecu and it shows its conected but i dont see any of my sensors reading like rpm and voltage etc. What do i do next.

I am also useing the most current version Smanger. I Can upload files, and when i do the light goes green, but as soon as i start it dies and goes RED. I messed with it uploading the supplied calibrations and then loaded mine, and it was fine for 15min, drove to the store and when i went to restart it RED and car ran like shit. Had to have the car towed.
