batt volt down to 12.3

dear cifus,
i've just bought s300. there has been 3 tuners tune my car. the last tuner give me this problem. every time i start the engine volt reading is 14.1v. but when the car gets warmed, the volt decrease to 12.3. i've sent to my tuner and he says signs of a bad alternator. but b4 this ok. it happened after the tuning. its a week already, and the same thing happened. when i stop the car for long time, i start back and it is 14.1. when it gets warm its 12.3 back again.
anybody help me...
i'm stuck with this problem...
please guide me to fix the problem.
i can't ask my tuner as he is out of solution, other tuners not that truely expert in hondata...
