Hondata red light blinks green and checkengine light no code

The light on the hondata stays red and blinks green won't start my car and it has check engine light on but doesn't throw no codes help!!!

What is the s300 serial number (from inside the ECU) and what version of software are you using from Help, About?

Wat do u mean Wat version software if u mean from the computer I downloaded the most recent one
