s300 cel light on and car wont start

i been running this ecu without a problem since the day i got it , this is my 3rd s300 (had one in each race car) and none of them have ever given me this problem nore have i seen this happen to any of my customers.

when switch is on the cel light will come on like normal, fuel pump ,relays ,wideband ,etc. will all come on like usual but cel will not go away... it also does not give me a code while loggin. i get fuel but no spark... and nothing looks burnt on the ecu so i took my other s300 car started right up, put the other s300 board thinking maybe it was something in the ecu and car started...put the bad s300 board on the ecu that turned the car on and with that board it does not turn on which tells me its obviously the board. at one point the car did start for about 3 seconds with a really bad missfire and turned right off never came back on again.


i havent had a chance to get under the dash and find the connector so i can try reading the code that way ( plug wrapped some were in the harness thought id never need it :-/)

any idea what caused this and what can be done to fix it?
