Cruise Control 6th Gear

Hello everyone.
First I want to apologize for my English as it is not just speak it and I used a translator.
I recently changed some things in the gearbox of my Honda Civic Type R Fn2 2007 and I have a short group (final drive) with a 5.46 6th longest (0.659) of an Accord with K24 engine.
The problem is that the Cruise Control works in all gears least in sixth gear!
You can solve this problem using FLASHPRO?
If so, you can help me contact all dealers of Spain except for KD PERFORMANCE.
Another problem I've found to change the FINAL DRIVE is now the speedometer lies more than usual. Currently with the changes and the size of my tires in 6th at 3000 rpms indicated 110km / h but it is actually 98km / h ... but I have seen that there is a section where these differences by percentage.
What is the difference between correcting the ECU and the DASH?
Can you explain this?
You can buy directly FLASHPRO Hondata or some European dealer?
Thanks for the info and I greatly appreciate the time you devote to clarify my doubts and questions!
