ECU not uploading or downloading to PC but commuicates fine

Everything was working fine until yesterday.
Now, when I plug the usb into the pc, the download/upload arrows and datalogging botton light up but when I try to load or download anything. Nothing happens. Also, the datalogging won't respond nor will the RPM tracing respond. I have tried a different pc with the same results.
Did this ecu or Hodata fry for some reason?

I have the same problem...
i have Smanager V2.0.0, but I do not know which version used my tuner...
