Closed loop not working

Post by B18glaw »

I have the Innovate MTX-L wide band connected to a p28 I believe, 0-5volt output to D10 and narrowband output to D14.
I have the selected source in parameters to D10, my problem is when I put my car into closed loop afr drops down to a 10.0 every time doesn't matter what settings I change.

Smanager is receiving volt signal, by looking at sensor readings.... Has anyone had this issue before or have any thoughts on this.

Thanks

Neither datalog shows a voltage to D10. Check which pin you have connected the wideband to.

i have the wideband to D10 and simulated narrowband to D14.... i will get different readings if narrowband wire is removed but still no matter what numbers i trow into parameters does my car make any fuel corrections...always drops down to a 10 afr everytime...

im thinking of hooking up a different wideband see what happens

heres another datalog....

been doing some testing and still cant figure out this issue.

what if the installer did not remove resistors that may need to be takin out for better signal...would that cause the issue im having? is there a picture i can look at that shows these resistors?

thank you

ive upgraded new version and still no progress, will post another datalog.

If the resistors arent removed,I think they are r136 and 2 Others..... Would this cause this issue I am having... What are the correct resistors to remove I will check..
Is there a number I can call and actually talk to a tech or...?

Following these instructions should work, provided you connect everythign to the correct locations.

i removed r138, r136 was already removed...still no luck with closed loop.

wiring is all done correctly, wideband to d10... d10 selected on hondata.

are my parameters correct? even tho nothing seems to change when any number is changed on the s300, continuously runs at 10 when closed loop is enabled..

next idea?

hooked up aem wideband today, i am now receiving perfect signal thru to hondata.... but problem still occurs when i put it into closed loop that the car runs at 10.00afr

thinking it might be some type of electrical interferance of sum sort or wiring problem... wut does closed loop engage when it is turned on ( electrical wise)
