H22a Turbo ... need help

I have been trying to tune my car in for a little over two weeks and haven't had much luck
Parts list:
h22a
mahle forged pistons
9:1 compression
H beam rods
stage 2 Brian Crower turbo cams
750 RC racing injectors
walbro fuel pump
after market TB
t3t4 turbo
... and a few other things im sure im forgetting
i have idle pretty much sorted out it still some what high, idles around 1250 rpm
but the big problem i have right now is as soon as im about to hit boost (3750 rpm) the car falls right on its face.
i looked at my graphs and my injector pulse width went from 12.59 to 0 and my duty cycle went from 48% to zero as well, any one know what could cause this ?
im new to tuning so any bit of advice will help !
