DLC not working

Serial # 2068-801639 PRB-A08 0B03
Daughter board # Kpro 11025
Kmanager - V3.0.3.
2005 Acura RSX-S

Ordered the Kpro with new ECU option the 21st.. received it this past friday. I've been doing datalogs successfully over this past weekend, and out of nothing but curiosity, I plugged my Actron OBD2 scanner/reader into my DLC to make sure it worked, and if it did, I wouldn't be asking for help on how to make it work. My scanner comes up with "Link Error! please make sure ignition is on and cord is connected". I have tried checking and un-checking the OBD2 options (3 total) under the miscellaneous tab, have tried disabling and enabling the multiplexer, I've made sure the DLC fuse is good (Same as front ACC socket), I even tried enabling the immobilizer and still nothing. Lastly, I have plugged in my stock ECU, and the DLC works with my stock ECU (followed protocol with disconnecting the battery to do all this).

Basically, i'm looking for help as to how to enable OBD2/DLC readability, or is this a problem with the V3 Kpro?? because i have been searching all day on various forums and i have yet to find anyone with a DLC link error issue. I really hope it isn't a V3 issue or hasnt been done away with all together, i opted with Kpro over AEM/Haltech just because of plug in emissions testing..

The KPro does not change the OBDII scan protocol. Try a different scan tool.

Ok, i'll bring it to advance auto and try theres.. though it is the same brand as mine, an Actron.. it also works when i plug stock ECU back in, are you saying that maybe the Actron software in my scanner is unsupported with the Kpro software? not aware of any of the shops locally using anything else, except dealerships.

Tried 3 different Actron scanners now, and a craftsman/sears Scanner, Still no connection with my DLC. Once again, my stock ECU works with the DLC. Is this a bad ECU? it's brand new..

Let's start at the beginning. Post you calibration as per the guidelines and we'll verify that it is not the calibration.

Yes, and it says Kpro-III - r19 also.
the "KPro 11025" is on a holographic oval sticker. Red circuit board, is a V3 unit

EDIT - Also, on that KAL, i do not have my VIN # in the notes, but on the KAL i was using before (me and my friend wanted to start from scratch) Has it. I can add my VIN # to the Kal, but i was told it doesnt matter for the Kal Notes.

With everything plugged in please go to Help at the top of the screen and click on send information to Hondata support. Put a description of the problem.

what do you mean with everything plugged in? just ignition on and USB plugged in? or hook the OBD2 scanner up too?

We wanted the support information because the serial # 11025 is incorrect.

The calibration as you supplied works with our scan tool here using 3.1.1. Since you're narrowed down the vehicle & wiring, therefore the problem must either be the ECU or scan tool settings.

I tried resizing my pictures. So ill repost. Anyways, I know my scanner is good, It works on a stock Ecu, and works on my friends flashpro civic. Ill even test it out on a piggy backed Subaru tomorrow (turbo xs piggy back). I sent a help file as spunksterasked. And the only numbers on the Ecu are the ones I listed. Here's the pics, and 1 other pics my girlfriend just took for me. Im at work and on my phone. And it was 11052, my apologies.

2005 Subaru legacy with turbo xs / UTEC piggyback, my scanner works. I checked scanner settings, and no settings besides memory, brightness, and keypad/memory/screen checks.
Im going to do the paper clip trick in the obd2 DLC on the Rsx next. As shown in the help menu. If its still not getting power, where do I go from here? Think this is enough proof my brand new Ecu is bad.. already emailed hondata yesterday morning and no reply.. is this going to get replaced?

We have tested this in an 06 RSX Type S and it works properly with the scan tool. Try the ECU in a 02-04 RSX or Civic SI without the adapter harness and see if the scan tool will connect.

You tested my ECU? or my Kal? Could be a while before i see one of those. Pretty rare in my area. Everyone is a Subaru fanatic. I'll try to get one of my friends with an Si to my house this weekend. I think his is an 05 though. What if it doesn't work still? Or what if it does?

I just tested the paper clip with the Kpro ECU and stock ECU.
Kpro ECU: CEL stays solid, code 22 for ABS.
Stock ECU: CEL doesn't come on at all, Code 22 for ABS.
Remembering from my older Honda prelude days, Solid CEL means no connection with ECU.

EDIT - here's 2 more pictures.
