cannot download V3.1.1

Hello i cannot seem to download the newest update of V3.1.1. I have Windows 07 Home Premium. Everytime it states...

Error

C:/Program Files (X86)/Kmanager/Kmanager.exe

An error occured while trying to replace the existing file:
Delete File failed; code 5.
Access is denied.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancell installation.

Whatever i click nothing seems to help...
any help would be much appreciated

Your anti-virus software has deleted the installer, or there is a windows permissions problem with the file, or it is not shutting down KManager before installing.

Download from http://www.hondata.com/downloads.html Make sure KManager is not running; if it still gives the error disable the anti-virus software as per http://www.hondata.com/downloads.html.

hello i just tried to download V3.2.4 and i'm getting the same error message...
i closed my antivirus and it still will not download correctly. it keeps showing i have V3.1.1

What do you mean by closing? Even switching off anti-virus software often does not stop if deleting files in the background (don't ask me why).

Our recommendation is to completely uninstall all anti virus software and use Microsoft Security Essentials (up to Windows 8) and Windows Defender (Windows 8). Both those products are free and work well.
