Daughterboard error + misfire/hesitation

New to the board, in search of some input on some problems I am having with my rsx. Car has been boosted about 2 months running great after a Jeff Evans tune but recently it has been misfiring/hesitating worse and worse. It has gotten to the point where I can no longer drive the car. I am getting a Daughterboard communication error....the car has factory wiring that is in good shape with a factory rated battery. When the I installed the kit I installed new rc750's and a deastchwerks 265lph pump.
Here is a log of me trying to drive it around my neighborhood, I have checked the plugs and compression already. I will try swapping the battery tonight.

Check the battery voltage when cranking.

I will do that tonight. Are there any errors that occur on kpro for low voltage besides when cranking? Could this error for low cranking voltage be the issues I am experiencing while driving the car?

It could be, check that first. Battery voltage will be lowest when the car is cold, and has been sitting for a while.

What is a healthy range I am looking for when cranking?

Here is a start up after the car sat for almost a week. The last time it was worked on was to do a compression test.
Voltage off battery 12.6
Cranking voltage 10.4ish

That looked ok, but you also had no error code after starting it. Record every time you start it and see what the voltage does when you get the error.

I changed the ground wire from the intake manifold to the valve cover stud. The car actually made it around the the neighborhood today and only misfired once.

I had this problem also for a long time.
Replaced batteries and didnt help. I had to clean the POS cables to relay box, and replaced both my battery cables. Problem solved.
BUT, it does happen when my battery is bad and needs to be replaced. This happened last fall.
