Help Needed to point out the problem..

hey friends
i m running a turbocharged F20b head with f22b block .. pte 880cc .. my car splutters at 4500rpm cant figure out the problem i have tried different maps but doesnt help ... i have attached the cal file.

Has it been properly tuned on the dyno?

Bro i live in pakistan and thr is no dyno in here.. we have to tune it on streets.. my car hasitates to go over 4000RPM and makes a brrrrrrrr... sound ... cud that b the plugs? or the map sensor .. i m using motorola 2.5bar.. help will b highly appreciated
and 1 thing i forgot to mention is i use water injection kit too ... and earlier i was using crome to tune my car and my car ran perfect at that time .. i m having issues with hondata only ...

Is the ecu the only thing u changed? What boost pressure r u running and turbo? Try regaping ur plugs to 25 thou .025, also try it without the meth inj
