s200b base map question

I just installed my s200 system and here's what happened.

The car started and ran for about 10 seconds and then died. I tried to start it a few times again and it didn't start. I then noticed that the hondata light was blinking slow and steady. Troubleshooting led me to believe that it was a communication problem or the base map. I pulled one of the spark plugs out and it was drenched in fuel. I installed everything correctly. My question is, do you think that my base map is not working? Whats invloved when someone writes you a base map, I know that there's alot of information that you give to your dealer to make a base map, but what actually is invovled in doing that. Does the dealer just type in a your info and program it to the chip. If that's the case then, if I get another chip the problem may still be there, or can the chip just be bad?

You should contact your dealer and let them know that your base map is not working and go from there. You will need to get the car tuned ASAP.

the extra fuel is cause you have big injector and the ecu alone can't control them.
talk to the dealer that sold you the unit.

p.s

you have to take your car to the dyno that will save you the $$$$ of braking your engine. is cheaper that way

Don't worry. Your car is just getting flooded. The blinking means you have no basemap loaded on your chip. Many stores do not put a map on because it is really the job of the tuner to do that. Pick the place where you're going to tune and have them put an appropriate base map on the chip so you can drive your car there. It will also run extremely rich but will be good enough to drive you around safely.
