Kmanager Ignition off

ECU part number and serial number: 37820-PNF-A03 2091-300629
KManager version: 3.03
Vehicle: 2002 RSX Type-S
Modifications: AEM Cold Air Intake, Club RSX header, Greaddy SE Catback
When and where I got the K-Pro: I bought it from a friend of mine about 5 months ago
Hello, when I turn my key to accessory II so I can upload the calibration, the kmanager continues to say ignition off which prevents me from uploading any calibrations or making any changes. The ECU is hooked up correctly and the USB cable is also plugged in correctly. It reads that my driver is installed and my ecu is online but it remains at ignition off. I have the most recent version of kamanger (3.03) as well. The night before this problem occured, I tested my ecu to make sure it worked properly. It was functioning fine and I could upload calibrations and make changes. I called synapse motorsports and ran it by them. We ran through a couple of senarios but couldnt figure it out. He suggested I send it in to have a diagnostics test run on it. Can anyone help me??
