Reflash rebate not working

About a year ago I bought the hondata reflash from corsport, sent my ecu to you guys and had it reflashed. Yesterday I got my flashpro in and locked it to my ecu. When i request the rebate in the program it says ecu has not been reflashed? is there any way i am doing something wrong as surely my ecu was reflashed. Thanks for any help you could give.

Email support@hondata.com with your full ECU part number, and the approximate date you had it reflashed.
