Previous car owner did not pass me the Flashpro and I have no way of contacting him now.

I would like to know if it is possible for me to purchase an new flashpro and re-flash it using the new flashpro? This is for a Civic Type R (Asia)

We've just made a change so that previously flashed vehicles can be locked to. You may have to wait a couple of weeks for the next beta release.
