O2 CODE???

Alright I have just recently purchased a s200-P28 and have done a b16A swap and I am having a tough time with the O2 code of 41. I have replace the o2 sensor, checked voltage from the ecu, and I have tried a stock P28. When I tried the stock P28 it doesnt throw the O2 code so I know everything besides the ecu is fine. I was just wondering if anyone knows why it would be doing this for and/or how to get rid of it?
