B18a Replacing B16a JDM

I hope this is where I put this topic. I am replacing my JDM B16a in my 1990 CRX HF with a B18a automatic(from a 19?? USDM Integra). Since my JDM B16a was a manual trans and the B18a was a automatic trans, I swapped the trans and now my B18a has a manual trans from my B16a. I dropped in the B18a in my CRX and mounted the engine and trans, replaced everything. So now my CRX has the b18a engine with the JDM B16a trans. The B16a ECU was a 3 connector type of ECU. It had the green connector and 2 black smaller ones. The B18a has the same type of connectors, so I am safe to assume that they are both the same OBD? Another thing is, now since my B18a is mounted to a manual trans, which ECU do I use until I recieve another ECU I won off of ebay that is a PR4 manual trans ECU. I also have some extra wires and sensor wires hanging that doesn't have anyplace to connect to. I am currrently looking for the wiring diagram for the B18a engine so I can cross check it with my wires in my CRX. Does anyone know how to or where they get connected to? There are alot so it is kinda hard to say where they are coming from and where the harness needs to go. Thank for your help and patience. Aloha
