f2ob & jdm h22 type s wot timing or basemap?

hi, i need to know the jdm h22 type s timing and f20b heard both are almost same?
also used h22a7 map but the timing is too high didnt get the knock from high timing but i could see the car is under power i have changed to 27-40 didnt feel anything,
helo would be appreciated cuz there are no basemaps for f20b sir and h22 type s & unfortunately i dont have any dyno here.so its hard to understand .the car response.
