P28...crap?

I have a P28 that I received in a used turbo kit I purchased and on inspection I noticed that the Air Pressure Sensor isnt there. The kid was running it on a 99 Civic EX with a Apexi turbo kit and the Greddy Blue Box wired into the conversion harness. Im just wondering if someone knows why this would be missing? Also if this is needed? And if someone might know where I can pick one up...? Thanks for any help guys.
