B20VTEC Engine Jerks/cuts out on Full throttle/load **HELP**

Hi,
ive got a B20VTEC into an 99 EM1 civic coupe / Si.
Engine specs:
PR3 ITR Head
Stock ITR Ports
Omni 68mm TB
Supertech valve train - springs and retainers. Stock ITR valves
Works Engineering Fuel Rail with RC 440cc injectors.
OEM Fuel pressure regulator
CNC combustion cambers
Rocket M22x Cams
11.3:1 Compression
Bottom End
RS Machine 84.5mm pistons
H-beam Forged Rods
Fully balanced bottom end
Bolt-ons
Big tube 4-2-1 headers
2.5inch exhaust system
Hondata S300 P06
tuned on E85 fuel. 147fwkw (v1 tune)
Recent engine conversion from one car to another. Was working fine in the previous car (DC2) without any issues. just remove engine and fit and minor fine tuning
Once the engine has been installed in my EM1/Si the problem starts.
Basically, when you sudden give the car a full throttle/load launch on below 3000rpm on 1st or 2nd gears the engine accelerates then cuts off/jerks then continues .. it happens day or night conditions and only happens when your on low RPM and give it a sudden full throttle.
We have replaced to another OEM TPS and still failed. MAP sensor is OEM.. the TPS has been set to 0.5v closed and open 4.5v stock and values changed in the Smanager.
Rev limiter is set at 8500rpm
Vtec engagement is @ 5500rpm
My tuner has changed values for the TPS in Smanager and problem is still there.
The TB is a 68mm Omni and has been working fine in the previous car donor.
What could this problem be?
Fuel pump delivery?
MAP Sensor?
Faulty TPS?
