- was prompted to update k-pro, update went smooth, went to upload map, got little less than halfway on progress bar, froze, waited and it crashed.....now i can hear the laptop making usb connecting sound, cannot download, upload, or anything....like usb not connected, checked with other usb device and issue not in laptop....help
