I'm at a bit of a loss for how to scale a map from std maps normally used on B16 engines up to B18C engines.

Is it done naturally when you create the map using P72 ECU with std tables from the P30JDM? In other words, does specifying a P72 ECU automatically scale the P30 fuel maps up to 1797cc?
-I'm inclined to say no, b/c it ran really lean while datalogging the AFR's....sometimes as lean as -22% off the target AFR's (target = 13.5:1) under moderate load (~-7.5"Hg).

Or, do you scale it up by recalculating the injector correction factor in the Injector Size tab to account for the larger displacement?

I'm only asking b/c I'm using a P72USDM ECU with P30JDM standard tables, 310cc inj's, on Skunk2 Stage 1 cams & Skunk2 P72 IM, and without any modifications to the LO cam fuel table, it runs about 10% rich.

Injector correction with just the 310's = .774

Injector correction accounting for the 310's and the change in disp from 1595cc to 1797cc = .872

I'm hoping somebody can confirm the way I'm doing things since I'm still a bit unsure due to the odd results I've been seeing.

No, when you tell Rom Editor which ECU you have it just needs to know so it can program the chip for that ECU.

Why are you using P30JDM standard tables?

you have:
a B18c engine
a US P72 ECU
and 310 Injectors

these are the important things to make a base map.
In Rom Editor you should choose standard tables or if you want to do standard tables from a different ECU use the P72JDM. Choose replace injectors, old flow rate 240, new flow rate 310. This should get you a close base map.

I'm using the P30JDM std maps for the Skunk2 manifold.
