How do I lean up the p72 map for an h22a1?

I thought I would be running lean b/c of the comparisons between ITR and H22, especially with my skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body....maybe I misinterpreted what I read about using the p72 map...I am a noob after all.

So far, it runs ok at very low throttle and speed....just driving a few blocks to work and back. However, I am averaging 10-11 on my lambda tables even after it warms up on a 10 minute, low throttle drive. I am using my factory o2 sensor (narrowband) bc buying a wideband sensor is not in my budget for a whiiiillle. I do however have a narrowband analog AFR gauge sitting in my shop if anyone has a good reason why I should put it in. I also wonder if my external coil is not putting out enough spark to burn the gas completely, leaving it rich??? Is there a way to check the strength of the spark? (noob, i know)..

Please be aware that I have not modified anything related to fuel in this map yet. The "stock p72 map" (that is included with hondata) lists the stock and current injectors to both be 240cc. I can't remember if I am running jdm 345 or us 290 injectors....my friend has a ton of honda parts and this is the second build he has thrown together for me.

Soooo...any help would be greatly appreciated. I know it's better to run rich than lean, but I don't want it so rich that I might be losing hp or fouling spark plugs, etc.

Just by reviewing the software from my living room recliner, I have decided to experiment with the following settings. Some are no-brainers, but some are based on theories I've read and none have been tested by me yet. Use at your own risk, but I am posting this up here because....this is useful information on how to use the software in a detailed, How-To format.

====================

In Parameters, Vtec: Vtec increased to 5200 rpms and lowered to 500 mBar. Disabled "Spool Vtec Error".

In Parameters, Idle: IAC error disabled.

In Parameters, Rev Limits: Fuel rev limit lowered to 7324 from 8484.

In Parameters, Misc: Disable Knock Sensor. Disable ELD.

aem wideband or innovative or even auto-meter wideband and you will see exactly where u need to lean and where to richen up tuning fuel tables with out wideband and extremely difficult when u dnt know what the fuel is like
