Just finished installing my hondata s200 with boost. When the car sits for a while (cold)it has a hard time starting, but if the engine is still warm it starts up fine. Any help is appreciated.

Try changing the amount of starting fuel. If the engine cranks but won't start then increase the cranking adjustment number.
