Is there an idiots guide to tuning. First time noob

I can't figure out the software and don't want to mess anything up by doing something wrong. Is there a verrry detailed guide somewhere? I found a decent one, but I got lost in the first paragraph because it doesn't tell you HOW to make the recommended changes. I am stuck at "adjust your injector multiplier" in the low fuel table.
