Hondata Stage4 and B18c

I have been offered a hondata stage4 ecu for a great price and was wondering if there would be any problems hooking this up to my B18c with turbo conversion. At the moment im only looking at running low boost (5-8psi). Also are there any common problems with the stage4 unit running a pretty basic turbo setup?
