k20z3 in a ep3 civic using PNF ecu and ep3 5sp tranny

I recently swapped in a k20z3 engine into my 2004 EP3 civic. I am using the stock PNF ecu that was k-pro'd and the original 5 speed tranny. My question is I dont know which map to start with. In the k-manager under vehicle it gives me the choice for the ep3 si but only the k20a3 maps are available. Do I start with a k20a or a2 map because of the kind of motor I have in the car? Or do I start from a k20a3 map and reconfigure all the paramiters? I guess to simplify the question, do you have a better suggestion as far as a different motor swap calibration for my type of set-up for my vehicle? Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Have you tried a stock K20A2 calibration?

Sorry it took soo long to respond back. It was on the k20a2 base map but since then I had it tuned by a k-pro tuner here in south Florida. The engine has a port matched RBC intake manifold w/skunk 2 70mm throttlebody, AEM short ram intake, DC sports 4-2-1 long race header, 3" straight exhaust (no cat) w/ magnaflow muffler. All I have to say is OMG!!!! Night and day difference!! I cant believe how much of a difference this program makes! We were able to put down over 230hp to the ground. You guys have come up with the best modification for all K-series engines!! Thank you sooo much for making this possible!
