kpro help plz!!

i just bought a used kpro(37820-prd-003 2090-201888) for my rsx base model with type r manifold skunk2 70mm throttlebody custom exust and a custom cold air intake this is my 1st import let alone 1st kpro and i was wondering how to set it up to my car i hooked it up it started then i cut my car off n it could start again so i hooked my old ecu up and it ran what should i do
