Usb drivers not working w kpro

whats up guys. I just got a new laptop mainly for kpro. it has windows 7, when i hook computer up to ecu, no communication. so i checked the usb drives, and i get "no compatible usb devices have been found". so i went to update usb driver, denied. i have no clue what else to do or why its not working...can any one help? thanks

What are the exact error messages you are getting? How are you going about installign the driver....step by step?

i ended up adjusting my computer to use windows vista for it and it worked perfectly. thanks

how you dol that? because i just got a brand new laptop and have the same issue
