I recently just bought flashpro, and I have read all the instrutcions/watch the install videos. Basically, I've installed hondata flashpro manager, and also checked for updates, which is v1.1.8.5. And I know that I have to update the usb drivers on the computer. But the problem is, when I plug the usb into the computer with the flashpro, the computer does not detect a usb being installed. I thought maybe my computer is messed up. So I've installed flashpro manager onto a friends laptop and also a computer at work. And all 3 times when I plug the flashpro into the computers via the usb. None of them detect the flashpro. The only thing that happens is the 'power' green led on the flashpro does come on. Any help would be appreciated. :)

Open the Windos Device Manager, and then plug in the FlashPro to the USB, see if the device manager window reflreshes when you plug it in and unplug it.

No changes. Is the 'USB' led suppose to light up when it is plugged into the computer?

What is the FlashPro serial number?

hey i am having the same problem serial number fp-r18-us-50127.... usb drive does not see it when i plug it in and also no light for the usb on the flashpro itself.

i have the same problem, serial number: FP-SI-US-14460 if i knew this was going to be such a hassle i wouldn't have bought it. What do i need to do?

What does it show up as in the Windows Device Manager?
