Automatic LS/Vtec Integra

Ok so i have done a little research and its not common for someone to do this swap into an automatic car due to the fact that auto trannys cant take power plus it takes alot of money but ive got my old swap from my DA integra and i just traded my crx for a DC integra but idk what exactly to do ive got everything to put the swap in the DC but I would like to know if anyone else has done this before and can give me a few pointers. I know people will tell me to put a 5speed in but would it match up if i take the setup from my DA to my DC? And will I be able to use my S300 with the stock basemap for a jdm b18c since my setup is same including my 11.1-1 compression.
