usb problem

i have an ek 98 with a plug and play harness from hybrid racing, car starts up fine but when i go and plug in my usb i could hear the sound but can't do anything to play with setting,so i tryed my ecu in another car and it works fine and usb as well could anyone tell me what can be wrong

Does it work if you do not have the car running, but just have the key in the on position?

There is a problem in the wiring of your vehicle. Contact Hybrid Racing.

ok i figured it out guys thanks
