fully built b16a boosted (SAFE) tune??

i just got hondata s300. i have not gotten the car tuned and new at hondata.i have a chipped ecu from pherable.net but could do alot better. need a tune for a fully built b16a, titanium valve springs/valves, stage 2 brian crower turbo cams,skunk2 cam gears, cometic head gasket, ARPs, block guard, Je pistons, eagle rods, i have 880 precision injectors and a borg warner bullseye s256 turbo... was runnin 18 psi daily about mid to low 13s...any ideas on maps that could make it run better than what it is now??
