calibrating question

ok im new to the whole hondata thing and i have a 99 civic ex with a jdm b18c gsr swap, engine has all stock internals but i just installed a skunk2 intake manifold and 70mm throttle body. Car also has a power chamber intake, oe header, and full cat back exhaust, my question is what base calibration should i set to my hondata s300?
