upgrade from 1200cc's to ID2000 2200cc's running waytoo LEAN

Hi
I have this boosted setup of mine... K20 gt4094R at 23psi etc...
its been doing fine and its been a breeze to tune as well as many other setups with kpro...
I started with 800cc's on low boost and then upgraded to 1200 cc's precisions... and i barelly had to change the INJECTOR SIZE value in the FUEL TRIM section and retune just a little to make it perfect.. (kmanager converted from my 800's to my 1200's almost perfectly)
by the way I had an injector driver box with those 1200cc's because they are low ohm... but it should not impact injectors opening times/dead times etc...
so back to the story... the car was tuned on those 1200cc's and its been doing perfect for the last year...
and now you know how it is... I want to go higher in boost and maybe run E85 so i am upgrading to injector dynamics ID2000 2225cc's because its the last time i want to upgrade injectors.. so instead of going to 1600's and then need more.. i went directly to 2225cc since they are supposed to be the shit!!!
but now my problem is this...
I went into kmanager... inserted the new INJECTOR SIZE value, modified the injectors dead time with the sheet they supply with the injectors... and when i started the car it stall right away... (lacking fuel)
so i had to add some fuel in the LOW SPEED FUEL around idle in the first 3x3 cells to make it near what it wants to idle... and then take it for a spin.. I did not check the fuel trims yet to see if it needed more or less fuel in the rest of the LOW SPEED FUEL section....
but when it comes into boost it was INSANELY LEAN specially in vtec... so i tried to add +45% on ALL of the HIGH SPEED FUEL tables... it helped but at some point it is still running lean and hitting the LEAN PROTECT of above 13:1AF above 7psi....
so my question is this...
is this normal that the values have to change THAT MUCH just for an injector swap and i am not even running rich enough yet with +45% ??
I mean.. this is ridiculous... when i went from 800's to 1200's i only changed the injector size and fine tuned... and now from 1200's to 2200's its absolutely ridiculous how much it lacks fuel... what the hell is going on ?
is this normal ? or maybe am i missing something...
i dont see this as being normal since i have some values in the HIGH FUEL tables that are over 20000... if you tell me this is normal and its not too high... i will retune the car i dont mind... but i find it bizarre that i am that much OFF from my previously perfectly tuned map
so i will add you the 1200cc's map that is perfectly tuned and working
and the 2200cc's map that i currently have and still lacking fuel in boost...
feel free to help for anything else you see...
in the idle section i had to change the IDLE TARGET LAMBDA to 10:1 so that the car doesnt surge and run like shit.. but the car does not actually run an AFR of 10 at idle... its more in the range of 12-13... again... if you want to help out on that I am more than willing to receive any comments on that too... for now the idle is not that bad running at 850 with very little surge (cant even see it on the tach) but i can feel it running a little rough and i can see the oil pressure surging a LITTLE from maybe 18-22psi at idle so i know its surging a LITTLE because of that...
anyways
any help will be appreciated
spunkster/hondata please help me :)
sorry if im asking a lot at the same time ... i wanted to give you as much info as possible to help...
also note that my 1200cc's map was done with 1.4.1
and now i have 1.5.1 so there is many new options but it should not affect the fueling...
