I am going to copy and paste my post from another forum to get everyone caught up with what is going on.

8/3/11: Alright so I have been having some issues with my car. First the car wouldn't build any boost on 2step, got that fixed (for a short time). Had the car tuned on 10psi and was running great, until today. Went to turn the boost up while street tuning and suddenly the car wouldn't make more then 8psi. So we thought maybe it was something to do with the Boost By Gear setting, so we changed that and nope didn't fix anything. So we decide to come home and check for leaks in couplers and vacuums. Didn't find any but went ahead and tightened up all clamps and put zip ties on all lines that didn't already have one. Take the car back out and it only hits 6psi and holds there. Came back re-checked vaccuum lines and couplers again found nothing wrong.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this? I have heard the wastegates firing ring, but its a brand new Precision 46, and was working just fine 3 days ago, car wasn't driven since then until today. I am going to pull the wastegate and reinstall it after inspecting just to see if thats the issue.

Car has a 6lbs spring in the gate, but again it has seen and held 10psi with no issues up until today and nothing has changed setup wise

8/5/11:[ Boost issue appears to be fixed!! I think the wastegates firing ring wasn't sealing properly or the clamp wasn't on tight enough causing a leak. Either way she just saw 5-6psi on 2step and 10psi at wide open throttle! I tore the gate back off and all the way apart. Reinstalled the spring, put gate back on the car. Started up let it idle for up to temperature, hit 2step saw 5-6lbs. Then took car for drive and hit 10 the very first pull

And here we are now:

Car hit 12psi yesterday 2 times (didn't have computer on to datalog). Went to pick up my brother in law so he could do the logging for me while I did pulls, didn't turn car off, didnt even get out of the car. Go to do 1st pull with him in the car and logging, 8.x psi, do another pull 6.x psi...wtf! We noticed ont he logs that the voltage on battery is dropping to 12.9-13.1 around 5k rpms all the way to redline (8500), could this be an issue? I am going to have alternator tested to see if its going bad (new from autozone with less then 2k miles on it). Could it be something to do with the duty cycle, a boost controller setting? I am really lost with this car right now

I have data logs that i can post up as well as I can tell you what all the settings are within my hondata map. I just want more boost in my life.

Cars setup is:
84mm GSR
Precision 6262
Precision 46mm gate with 6lb spring
PWM Mac Solenoid (bought from xenocron)
Go Autoworks Top Mount

Nothing has over 2k miles of use on it, in fact all the turbo stuff has less then 1k miles of use

Sorry about that!

Car is a 94 GSR sedan on P72 with s300 (obviously haha). Battery has been relocated to the trunk to allow room for catch can. Using a PWM Mac solenoid to control boost.

Added logs and map for you.

Hopefully thats enough info, if not just let me know what more you need and ill be quick to toss it up

You have it set to gear based duty cycle and not gear based target boost.

Alright how do I go about changing that? I am not a tuner by any means, but i am pretty good at following directions and always down to learn some things. Also another buddy that tunes looked over the logs and said that my TPS is only showing 80%, thus causing the ecu to not recognize the car at WOT?
