Kpro Swap from PRA to PRC

Hi i have a UK PRA ecu in my car with Kpro fitted, ive got hold of a DC5 Integra PRC ECU and loom with the wide band sensor as i want to run the wide band on my car. I want to swap the Kpro board over, i am an experienced electrician and do a lot of work with PCB boards etc so swapping the board won't be a problem i just want to confirm that the Kpro is the same for both the PRA and PRC and also that there is no firmware flash or anything to the new ecu along with fitting the Kpro?

I'm not worried about the original ecu when i take it out i just want the new ecu with the Kpro fitted to work ok?
