EP3 JRSC High idle when cold

- can't remember serial number, but under 4111
- KManager version 1.5.1.0
- the calibration is attached
- a datalog of a problem is attached
- Euro EP3 Civic Type-R
- PRA Hondata K-Pro
- Gruppe-M air intake, JRSC (650 injectors, 3.4 inch pulley, 9psi), Hondata manifold gasket, Mugen header with CAT, Toda cat back exhaust
- a specific description of the problem:
When starting from cold (outside temp 14.9C / 58.8F - summer in Scotland!) the idle RPM is surging to around 2000 until the engine warms up. Also, the car jerks just after removing the foot from the accelerator (for speed bumps). I have tweaked with the Idle Valve Cycle Duty Adjustment to stop the engine stalling when pulling up to junctions (the RPM would dip to low after releasing the accelerator pedal and depressing the clutch pedal). My car has been dyno tuned with its current setup by an authorised UK Hondata dealer.
If you wish to view the AFR on the ELD pin you will need to enter the following conversion table (might be pointless as my wideband is after the CAT as I gave up on the narrowband emulation after destroying two sets of HKS spark plugs!):
ELD V------AFR
1.333-------7.350
1.958-------10.358
2.681-------13.366
3.413-------16.374
4.145-------19.382
4.853-------22.390
