KPRO Problem USB loose Found weird wires

I will have to put my USB plug in an angle for it to connect. So I open it to make sure nothing was loose and i found two wires that I never saw on other KPRO and a unless plug. I need help changing the box and soldering it. Where can I find the USB box?

What is the serial number on the K-Pro board?
