MSD 72 LB injectors-Running poorly

Got the 3.5.5 to work on the stage 4. Took out 450 cc DSM injectors, which ran beautifully, and installed MSD 72 LB/HR injectors. Had to trim the palstic at the top and install the Honda o-rings. On the wideband we have the A/F numbers right. The car misses at idle and under light throttle. Seems the 3.5.5 software is very slow to follow the map on the Dell P3 laptop.
Car runs flawless under mid to heavy throttle and under boost.
Any suggestions???

Are you using the version 3.5.5 to tune the stage 4? The stage 4 can only use version 2.5 software. Theoretically though you could use an S200 box and tune then convert the ROM to v2.5.
Either way, if you are using 72lb injectors now and were using 450's. You will need to trim the fuel maps considerably or use the injector calibration software built into the ROM Editor.
Is there any revlimits when you drive it? Like 3200 or 4000?

We have tuned the fuel maps on the 72 lb. We are using the 3.5.5 to tune the 4b. All you have to do is convert to version 2.5 when you burn a chip. I did get a 4k limiter the other day for about 1 mionuite but now it is ok.
Pulled the spark plugs last night and 2 are ok light brown, and 2 were black. I switched the 2 normal cylinders with some other injectors MSD 72 lb. We have another set here. and seems to be worse. LIght throttle and idle are definitely missing. car sputters at a 14-1 A/F. when you get into boost and the A/F drops to 13-1 it clears up. makes driving this car not much fun on the freeway. Going to switch two more injectors in on the rich cylinders and see what happens. We are going to try and put a s200 system with a p28 on the car and see if that helps also.
Any more ideas guys?????
I am wondering how 8 brand new MSD injectors could be junk??
