Is my pump the problem? and an Engine load question, 3 Q's

I have a few things I want to know. One being about my fuel pumps effectiveness and another about Engine Load vs Performance.

I feel I may need an upgrade for my fuel pump because I just added 440CC injectors and the pump doesn't seem to be able to keep up. Why?

1) the A/F Command is usually something like 12.46 while my actual A/F sits anywhere from 13.5-14.06 under WOT runs.. but hardly hits the appropriate mark under high RPM high load conditions. No knock or anything but It just doesn't match its command.
2) the Duty cycle is around 40-50% at full throttle and never goes past 55% as if It just simply cant...

Could this be that my stock pump just cant cut it? Perhaps meaning I should upgrade or add a Walbro inline fuel pump?

My second question is, does the engine load have to do with performance? meaning if I have a higher load during a run my engine is working its hardest and producing the most power? or is it just stress that has nothing at all to do with performance or torque/hp figures?

Because my load used to be 97-99% at WOT and now its like 94%-97% max.

One more question someone may know, does fuel map overlap matter, meaning in 2D mode if under the same cam one pattern goes over or under another? It doesn't seem to but is there a general rule that states it shouldn't?

Thanks
