I've got a greddy turbo installed on my 02 Civic SI and I'm interested in the K-Pro ecu but noticed that there isn't a base map for the k20a3. I was wondering if I purchased the K-Pro could they re-flash it with the greddy flash that is available and also have them reprogram my e-manage(like it says they have to do) until a base map is available for the turbo k20a3. Is this possible? I ask because I'd like to have the greddy reflash now and the K-Pro(even though it doesn' have a map for my car) so I don't have to send my ecu and immo. in 2 times. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

We'll have Civic Si support in about 2-3 weeks. I'm working on it at the moment. Wait until then, don't bother getting the re-flash unless the car is running poorly.

Well, my car isn't running that great and the crappy thing is I can't even push the engine because of possible detonation anytime I boost and don't give it 100% throttle. I seem to be overboosting quite a bit, my gauge reads pretty close to 8 lbs. I've adjusted the wastegate arm and it doesn't change. When driving pretty much in 3rd-5th and I boost with 1/2-3/4 throttle I get a pinging sound from the engine. I've checked wiring more times than necessary, checked for rattling in the engine bay and can't seem to find anything to disprove detonation. I did go with a colder plug, NGK BKR7EIX. When I'm cruising and I take my foot completly off the gas and then gently place it back on the car jerks and I've also noticed that when just using a little bit of throttle to increase speed the engine seems to hesitate. I don't have an intercooler but plan on getting one real soon and was thinking of also getting the greddy reflash. I need some help with this and don't really have a local shop that I trust to check this out. If you have any suggestions I certainly would appreciate any help. Oh, and the only cel I'm getting is the occasional random miss-fire on all cylinders. Thanks
