Kpro Ignition Problem

Alrighty, I have a 02 rsx base 5 speed, PND ecu with kpro, kpro serial 4507.. Okay i hook up the kpro to a laptop and it reads online but ignition off. I have checked grounds, The latest kmanage and usb drivers, I have tried 2 different usb cords, tried re installing kmanager and drives. Pulled ecu out the ecu fuse check ignition plugs and then put it all back together still same thing. Kinda puzzled wondering if maybe the kpro or ecu is fk'd? Any help would be fantastic.
