Can i get rid of the ELD?

Hi there,
I have a 1992 Civic EG with a K20A Swap and Kpro PRB ECU. Car runs great.
A it's a race car and i'm not going to use it on the streets i'm making my own electric circuit so i can get rid of all accesories stuff.
I've encounter a problem. I want to make a power managment unit containing all necessary fuses and relays, but the OEM under hood fuse box has ELD built in. One of the wires coming out the box is tapped to pin E15 on PRB ECU, the ELD input.
The OBD-II checking is not enabled on the Kmanager calibration btw.
Can i just cut the wire and leave the PRB without ELD reading?
Thanks in advance.
