OBDii splitter cable
Re: OBDii splitter cable
hello Croc999,
this is irrelevant with your thread but; are you able to reset DTCs with your ScanGauge2? any problems?
are you able to read every parameter that ScanGauge is able to serve? like IAT or fuel economy?

Re: OBDii splitter cable
I do not believe so - the OBDII CAN protocol only allows one device on the bus with the 'tester' address. However, you can try this and see if it works.
BTW, the ScanGuageII has a bug with working with the 29 bit CAN that Honda uses. I informed ScanGuage about this 2-3 years ago; but they are not going to fix it. With the bug the basic scanning functions work, but custom commands do not.

Re: OBDii splitter cable
Scangauge can reset CEL.
and of course dispaly them.
it shows most of the major parameters.
id doesn't show AF and S/L-FT and some other stuff - but it's very compact and easy to use.
i've tried friend's Auterra and it has much more options but very unfriendly user interface and very unconvenient connections (from below of the device).
