08 civic Si reflash noob.

So my SI has the following: Injen SRI, DC Race headers, and a full Buddy club pro-spec exhaust (no cats).

Currently i have a strup 90 degree extension for my O2 sensor, but still throw a CEL every now and then from the rear O2 but it resets itself. can the re-flash eliminate or "turn off" the rear O2?

also how are these upgrades combined with the re-flash be affecting my economy? currently i get about 30 MPG traveling on the highway about 75-80 mph @ 3100 RPM

No, the reflash does not disable anything. You will have to get the FlashPro for custom tuning.
