Hondata

Hey all. I'm sure this is something to do with my laptop, but I'm wondering if there is a workaround or fix for this. Just yesterday I was running the software with no issues and then today I can't open the Hondata Smanager software. When I double-click the icon, I see the Smanager.exe process kick-off and then just disappears out of the Windows Task Manager and the program never starts. No error messages or anything...just nothing.

I haven't made any other installs to the PC or system updates...that I know of. I did try to uninstall and reinstall the Smanager software but it still has the same issue.

Let me know if there's something I can check on my PC to allow this software to run fully.

Ok, I was just able to get it up and running. I had to disable my LAN connections...unplug from wired and turn off wireless. Anyone else have this happen?

Makes sense. I have McAfee so I'll check the settings there.
